Shipping policy

Where we ship: Puerto Rico and the 50 US states. We do not ship internationally yet.

Processing time: Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from Puerto Rico. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Packaging:

• Singles: penny sleeve, toploader and team bag, inside a rigid mailer.
• Graded slabs: bubble wrap inside a box.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. You get the tracking number by email when it ships.

Rates: Standard tracked shipping is $4.99. Orders of $20 or more ship free.

Lost or damaged packages: Contact us at hello@holoraccoon.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or the expected date for lost packages). We will work with the carrier and replace or refund the order.
